Established in June 2008 by Mr. Dao Dang Kien, our Chairman and CEO, along with a skilled team of six engineers, Viet Han Engineering began as a small enterprise dedicated to designing components for power plants. However, our unwavering commitment to professionalism allowed us to rapidly gain recognition for our production processes and deliver high-quality products.
Thanks to the trust and confidence of our customers, we proudly inaugurated a new headquarters at PG – An Dong after just five years of operation, marking a significant milestone for our team. In 2013, we improved the quality of our industrial equipment design, manufacturing, and installation processes by adopting the ISO 9001 – 2008 certification.
We continually strive to embrace and update trends and innovative working methods, ensuring a smooth workflow. In 2014, VHE invested in the implementation of Tekla software, further enhancing our integration of modern technology in a professional and effective way.
2016 was a significant milestone in the evolution of Viet Han Engineering (VHE) as we successfully completed and delivered key components of two major projects: the Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical Plant, along with the Thai Binh 1 Thermal Power Plant.
These accomplishments not only validate the unwavering dedication of the team but also establish a robust foundation for VHE to embark on the construction of its own mechanical factory in October of the same year. At this juncture, we not only provide mechanical equipment such as pressure vessels, steel structures, and pressure and discharge systems to local factories but also broaden our horizons with export processing orders.
Throughout the following year, VHE remained a steadfast partner to numerous large and small projects, diligently implementing and embracing ISO 9001 – 2015 standards across the entire system. In 2017, the VHE Mechanical Manufacturing Factory in Dinh Vu Industrial Park – Hai Phong was officially inaugurated and commenced operations.
Owning our own manufacturing facility fills us with pride and reinforces our confidence in our vision and development strategy. Situated conveniently near an international seaport, we have earned the trust of our loyal customers, who have entrusted us with ever more valuable design and manufacturing projects.
We are dedicated to advancing technology and elevating product quality, with the vision of solidifying VHE’s standing in the mechanical engineering sector, aspiring not only to serve the domestic market but also to extend our reach across the globe.
In 2018 and 2019, VHE undertook an impressive journey of improvement, diligently refining its operating system. A key highlight of this period was obtaining the ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certificate, alongside certification in welding standards for alloy steel from the prestigious Canadian Welding Technology Organization.
We took great pride in our skilled workforce and engineers, whose extensive industry knowledge drives our mission, supported by a dedicated team of employees who tirelessly work towards achieving sustainable and long-lasting growth.
Since 2022, VHE has been on a remarkable journey of success, marked by the grand opening of two new workshops, VHE 2 and VHE 3, dedicated to intensive production and fabrication endeavors. We have proudly achieved ISO 3834-2 and EN 1090-2 EXC.2 certifications, enhancing our commitment to a more professional and efficient production operation.
So far, VHE has journeyed along an impressive path and established a prestigious standing in the field of industrial production and manufacturing.
