Ahead of the new year 2026, amid ongoing fluctuations in the market and production–business environment, VHE remains steadfast in its sustainable development orientation, with people at the core of its strategy. In this spirit, the company officially implements a series of policies aimed at enhancing employee welfare, ensuring social security, and creating long-term development motivation for all employees.
Upgrading Social Insurance Contribution Levels for 100% of Employees
One of the most significant highlights is the adjustment of the salary used as the basis for social insurance (SI) contributions, officially effective from January 2026. This decision clearly demonstrates VHE’s strong sense of responsibility toward its workforce. At the same time, the adjustment reaffirms the company’s commitment to fully complying with legal regulations related to employee rights throughout its operational processes.
Specifically, the salary used as the basis for SI contributions across the entire company will increase by an average of 30%. Accordingly, the SI-based salary will rise by approximately 30% compared to the current level. The actual adjustment for each individual will range from about 20% to a maximum of 68%, depending on job position, income structure, and length of service.
Based on the current Region I minimum wage in Hai Phong, the adjusted SI-based salary at VHE is approximately 35% higher than the regional minimum wage, thereby significantly strengthening employees’ long-term social security benefits.
Preserving and Enhancing the Foundation: Five-Star Welfare Policies
Alongside the adjustment of SI-based salaries, we is committed to building a transparent, fair, and merit-based salary and bonus mechanism that accurately reflects employees’ contributions and value, while ensuring long-term income stability and competitive remuneration. Existing salary policies, project-based bonuses, periodic rewards, and current welfare benefits will remain unaffected by this adjustment.
The enhancement of long-term welfare benefits is implemented on the principle of not reducing short-term employee interests, allowing staff to feel secure, focus on their work, and pursue personal development goals with confidence.
Comprehensive Insurance Coverage and Enhanced Employee Protection at VHE
In addition to fully implementing mandatory insurance schemes in accordance with state regulations, including health insurance, VHE continues to maintain supplementary insurance programs such as24/7 accident insurance. These programs further strengthen employee protection during both working hours and daily life.
By aligning income stability, expanded welfare benefits, and strengthened social security, we aims to build a working environment where employees can confidently commit long-term, proactively develop their capabilities, and accompany the company in overcoming future challenges.
