During the early stages, employees often experience pressure when they lack familiarity with the culture and work processes. This can result in a prolonged adaptation period. 
To address this issue, VHE has implemented a 3-day internal integration training program in January. The program is directly led by the Chairman of the Board of Directors – General Director, Dao Dang Kien.
This initiative aims to help new officials and employees swiftly acquaint themselves with VHE’s organizational structure, core values, and future vision for development.
